By registering or using Publik.ae, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and UAE applicable laws.

Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
You are responsible for the content of your listings.
You agree not to post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or offensive material.
You may not spam, scam, or attempt to hack Publik.ae.
You are solely responsible for your transactions with other users.
Publik.ae provides a platform for listings but does not guarantee sales, quality, or accuracy of ads.
We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates our policies or UAE laws.
Premium or featured listings are subject to payment terms.
Paid services (premium ads, featured placements) must be paid upfront.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Publik.ae a license to display it.
Publik.ae trademarks, logos, and branding may not be copied without permission.
Publik.ae is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, laws, or harm other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
